“ MAR 2024 Made a reservation for lunch; inside was very classy with only private rooms for dining. There are two courses for lunch, both has nine dishes, the difference is only the choice between the wagyu thigh and filet cut; I had the filet. The menu shows the main ingredients used and the region it came from for each dish. Everything I had was very delicious; cooking technique was used to make use of the natural flavor of the ingredients and the textures were on point. Bread was made in-house, served warm with a nice soft mochi texture. The Yamagata wagyu heart has a clean and refreshing taste, texture was a little similar to beef tongue. The main course was the stone-oven grilled wagyu filet which was cooked for an extended period at low heat. The filet was extremely tender and packed with beefiness, it was still quite marbled for a filet adding a richness which pairs well with salt and wasabi. For dessert, the highlight was the 10 years aged mirin which has a deep complex sweetness to pair with the salt vanilla ice cream. Service was friendly and professional with the dishes served in a timely manner. A bit pricey but worth it for the dining experience and the quality food. If you prefer a leaner cut of wagyu, go for the thigh option which is more budget friendly. ”

“ The staff are extremely friendly, the food are very tasty, especially the wagyu beef is melting in your mouth. The resturant is on the 1st floor, the main door is on the ground floor to a side street, in case you missed it, it is a giant wooden door. The price isn't cheap, but worth it. ”

“ We had our intimate wedding celebration here and they gave us the the prettiest room - the decor really fit the occasion. It was very thoughtful of them. We booked the course for lunch, and then added wine pairing course. We got four glasses of really good wine that paired really well with each of the dishes they came with. Needless to say all of the dishes tasted wonderful! We are so glad to have decided to celebrate our special day at this restaurant and we can’t wait to bring our folks here as well. ”
